The Sheffield Antiques Quarter is to the South of the City, along the A621 and surrounding roads. This vibrant ‘Up&Coming’ destination has 8 Antique Centres and over 50 independent Shops, Bars and Cafes as well as its very own Auction Gallery. It’s a unique quarter of the city with something for everyone and a great destination for Sheffield and for shopping ‘Local and Independent’.
Here you can find authentic period antiques, affordable traditional furniture, retro collectables, vinyl, vintage clothing, upcycled shabby chic as well as local artwork, handmade crafts, tons of local artisan produce and ‘Made In Yorkshire’ foods and beers. There are architectural and reclamation yards if you are looking for that particular piece to finish your space as well as interior design services and advice. In addition most repair, reclamation, clearance or valuation services can be sourced in the quarter using local specialists.

Unique Local Independent Shops, Fabulous Cafes & Tearooms
There are over 200 dealers with items ranging from fine silver, porcelain and jewellery to curios, collectables, bric-a-brac and all points in-between. There are numerous cafés within the Quarter serving excellent food, an award winning delicatessen and coffee shops, and for those who’d prefer something stronger, a recently refurbished Victorian pub serving good food, fine ales and 100 different whiskies!
The Quarter takes in Abbeydale Road, Broadfield Road, parts of London Road and Queens Road and is easily traversed on foot. There is a pleasant riverside walk alongside The Sheaf and so much to do and see that it’s easy to spend an entire day in this buzzing, cosmopolitan area. A 10 minute drive will take you out into the delights of Derbyshire and the Peak District which should round off your day nicely.
